- The Swedish Red List is produced by the Swedish Species Information Centre at SLU. The evaluations were made in collaboration with more than 100 experts, subdivided into 14 committees treating different organism groups. The Swedish Red List 2020, published on April 22 2020, is the fifth Swedish Red List based on the international IUCN criteria. The end product is two-fold, the actual redlist with species assessments and an analysis report. They are available both in printed editions and digitally. Söderström et al. (2016), Hallingbäck (2016) and Tropicos (2016) all agree that Fuscocephaloziopsis affinis is the valid name of this species. Söderström does, however, not denote it with *** (i.e. "accepted") but with ** (i.e. "knowledge problem"), which is defined like this: "The taxon is not well known by the person evaluating it. It may be a newly described species or a species originally not well described and not restudied recently."
